Pregame Notes
The Wizards will end the preseason with the Detroit Pistons on Saturday night. Washington previously played Detroit on Thursday losing 97-86. That game was Bradley Beal’s debut for the preseason playing only around 15 minutes scoring 10 points. It’ll be expected he’ll play around the same amount of minutes right before the regular season begins.
Russell Westbrook didn’t play and doubt he plays on Saturday as Coach Scott Brooks expects to continuing resting him. There’s still no certainty on the Wizards definite starters besides Beal, Westbrook and Thomas Bryant. Saturday against the Pistons could be the deciding factor and possibly a few games into the regular season.

Pregame Notes
The Washington Wizards have their second preseason game Thursday night against the Detroit Pistons. It’ll be on the Wizards home floor where hopefully we’ll see Bradley Beal and Russell Westbrook get to play together. In their opening preseason game, Washington lost 119-114 to the Brooklyn Nets without Beal and Westbrook. Granted a loss is a loss, but the fact they were able to keep up with majority reserve players does say a lot.
