FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. Late last month, Suparna Dutta’s son, a student at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, started sending his mother distressing videos from a mandatory lesson straight out of controversial critical race theory all in the name of “socio-emotional learning.”
The lesson centered a Netflix film, “13th,” with controversial activist and Communist Party member Angela Davis and a biased narrative about policing in the United States. While all discrimination must be eliminated in policing, the film has this odd takeaway: “Criminals are constitutionally deprived of freedom.”
Also unsettling, the PowerPoint slides had the distinct bright yellow three stripes that are the official brand of Black Lives Matter, the multimillion-dollar global enterprise. The slides included a key BLM mantra, “Racism as a structure,” with the menacing oversized finger of a white man over a cowering young black man.
The brother of George Floyd has choked back tears after former Minneapolis Police officer Derek Chauvin was found guilty of all three charges in a trial dubbed as an historic moment for America.
Chauvin, 45, was convicted on charges of second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter over Floyd s death on May 25, 2020.

In an emotional statement, younger brother Philonise Floyd responded to the guilty verdict, saying his family could finally breathe again . It was a motion picture, the world had seen his life being extinguished, and I could do nothing but watch, especially in that courtroom over and over and over again as my brother was murdered, he said.

Michael Brown, Breonna Taylor Families Ask Black Lives Matter Where Money Went

The families of Michael Brown and Breonna Taylor two of the iconic victims in the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement are questioning the funding of the movement, with Taylor’s family calling the Louisville, Kentucky BLM branch a “fraud.”
Earlier this month, when the
New York Post reported Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Khan-Cullors had bought four homes since 2016, New York City area Black Lives Matter leader Hawk Newsome called for “an independent investigation.”
Those concerns are now being amplified by other figures within the movement, after Khan-Cullors defended her real estate purchases last week as part of her effort to support her family, and claimed her wealth was not due to the organization itself.
Facebook cofounder Dustin Moskovitz has poured over $5 million into a network of nonprofits run by Black Lives Matter leader Patrisse Cullors, according to financial disclosure records, raising questions about whether this relationship played a role in the company’s decision to censor unflattering news articles about the activist last week.
The social media giant blocked its users from posting links to a
New York Post story that revealed Cullors, a self-described Marxist, spent $3.2 million on high-end real estate as her Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation raked in millions in donations.
