The Northland recorded only 13 new COVID-19 cases Monday. The last time daily numbers were that low in the Northland was July 27, when the 10-county region reported 12 new cases collectively.

ASHWAUBENON - A local business owner who resigned from the Village Board last year to move into another district is hoping to resume public service in his new neighborhood.
Mark Williams, who previously held the Wards 7-8 seat, is facing board member Tracy Flucke for the chance to represent Wards 11-12 in south Ashwaubenon. Flucke was appointed to the board last year and previously worked as the village s parks director.
The election is April 6.
