GREEN BAY (WLUK) Thursday night was the first opportunity for Green Bay residents to weigh in on who should replace Andrew Smith as the city s police chief.
Smith retired in May after serving the department for five years.
There are four finalists in the running to replace him. Two of them currently work for the department. They are Capt. Benjamin Allen and Cmdr. Kevin Warych.
The other two candidates are Christopher Davis, who s currently a deputy chief with the Portland, Oregon police department, and David Salazar, a captain-commander for Milwaukee police.
