Kenya’s Covid-19 toll reached 3,073 on Monday, May 24 after 14 more people succumbed to the virus in the last 24 hours.
The country also recorded 111 new Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours, a positivity rate of 5.7 per cent, raising the country s caseload to 168,543.
In a statement, Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe said the new infections were discovered in 1,948 samples taking to the cumulated tests conducted so far to 1,783,374. Covid 19 Time Series
Out of the new patients, 62 are male, whereas 49 are female, with the youngest carrier aged two, and the oldest aged 89.
