H.R. 3730 will improve VA outreach, health care and benefits for veterans from the U.S. outlying areas and Freely Associated States through the establishment of a VA Advisory Committee. The creation of the advisory committee will allow veterans living in remote areas of the world, who served in the same military as other Americans, a space to voice their concerns to the VA.
