Breitbart News Saturday that Democrats need a “liberal Supreme Court” to pass unconstitutional bills. Breitbart News Saturday host Matthew Boyle as House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-NY), Judiciary subcommittee chair Hank Johnson (D-GA), Rep. Mondaire Jones (D-NY), and Sen. Ed Markey (D-MA) unveiled a bill to add four seats to the Supreme Court and give Democrats control of the nation’s highest judicial body. Marshall said Democrats need to pack the Supreme Court to pass their unconstitutional agenda of stripping away Americans’ right to bear arms and their religious freedoms, among others. Hank Johnson (Ga.), and Rep. Mondaire Jones (N.Y.) introduced legislation today to expand the U.S. Supreme Court from 9 seats to 13, a step that many Republicans and conservatives have denounced as packing the court to help keep Democrats in power indefinitely.  The House Judiciary Committee, headed by Nadler, said in a press release, This bill would restore balance to the nation’s highest court after four years of norm-breaking actions by Republicans led to its current composition and greatly damaged the Court’s standing in the eyes of the American people.
