The Fall River Electric Cooperative invites Rexburg residents to Stuff the Truck and donate non-perishable food items on Friday. The cooperative is hosting its third annual holiday food drive. Residents can donate non-perishable food items to stuff the truck from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., Dec. 11, at the Broulim’s parking lot. All items will go to the Rexburg Mobile Food Pantry. Items that are needed include pasta, cold cereal, peanut butter, canned fruit and chicken or other related foods. “As we have checked into our local food pantries, they report the need for non-perishable food is now more than ever needed,” said Fall River Electric CEO Bryan Case in a press release. “Many of our local neighbors have been impacted by the pandemic are in need of food and our local food banks are doing an exceptional job in helping. Now we need to help them.”
