Woman charged in Woodbridge road rage case
Prince William police investigated a case of road rage in Woodbridge.
On March 9 at 6:30 p.m., officers were called to the intersection of Route 1 and East Longview Drive in Woodbridge to investigate a road rage incident.
The victim, a 33-year-old woman, told to police that while traveling in the area, she was approached from behind by another vehicle. While traffic was stopped, the driver of the other vehicle, later identified as the accused, got out of her vehicle, and confronted the victim.
The accused attempted to open the victim’s vehicle door before picking up a rock and throwing it at the victim’s vehicle. The accused then fled the area. Minor damage to the victim’s vehicle was reported.
Suspect tied to 2 area burglaries in Dale City, Lake Ridge Taylor
Attempted Commercial Burglary | Residential Burglary ARREST – On January 19, 2021, the suspect sought in connection to the burglaries that were reported have occurred on February 23, 2020 at the Halal Food Market located at 1420 Old Bridge Rd. in Woodbridge (221912) and on March 3, 2020 at the residence located in the 13600 block of Greenwood Dr in Woodbridge (22193), was arrested.
While investigating, officers identified the suspect as Delonte Je Von TAYLOR, and determined he was connected to both burglaries. Following the investigation, on April 27, 2020 officers obtained arrest warrants for both cases. Initial attempts to locate the suspect were unsuccessful. On January 19, TAYLOR was located in Woodbridge and arrested.
