It is a walk-in site. Enter on Shoreline Drive. Hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Testing by Appointment at State Testing Sites. The state offers two testing sites. One is located in Newbury Park at the Thousand Oaks Library and the other is at the Oxnard Performing Arts Center. Appointment required. Call 1-888-634-1123 or visit www.lhi.care/covidtesting Testing by Appointment at County Clinics in Ventura, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley and Fillmore for symptomatic individuals. One COVID-19 testing site open in Ventura County due to weather

Senerey de los Santos / NC3 Senerey de los Santos / NC3 VENTURA, Calif. Ventura County testing sites have seen a huge increase of people coming to get tested following the Christmas holiday. However, on Monday, only one site was open throughout the county due to wet weather. As it rained across Ventura County, hundreds of people stood in line at the Ventura County Fairgrounds testing site seeking results for COVID-19. “She has a low grade fever and body aches so we wanted to be safe,” said Cynthia De La Torre who brought her family in to get tested. People stood in line outside for up to an hour.
