Captured! Soho Karen in jail in California
“Soho Karen” Miya Ponsetto, who accused a black boy of stealing her phone, and tackled him in a hotel, has been captured in Los Angeles. Maybe she did something else we don’t know about, but this is what we know. She lost her temper and behaved badly. She needs some crisis management.
She thought the 14-year-old son of jazz trumpeter Keyon Harrold stole her iPhone which she apparently left in an uber.
The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office and the NYPD arrested the 22-year-old Ponsetto in Ventura, and she is expected to be charged with attempted robbery, law enforcement sources told The Post.

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) â Two men were arrested for a violent crime they are suspected of being involved in within Ventura County, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.
According to BPD, officers and SWAT were called to assist the Ventura County Sheriff s Office serve warrants for two men located in Northeast Bakersfield. BPD said the warrants were related to a violent crime that occurred within Ventura County Sheriff s jurisdiction.
BPD, sheriff s, and SWAT responded to the City in the Hills neighborhood, off of Panorama Drive and Vineland Road, where the two men were located inside a home.
Authorities in California have arrested the woman allegedly involved in an incident in which a Black jazz musician said his 14-year-old son was attacked by a woman who falsely accused him of taking her iPhone.
