The producers of the Barefoot Country Music Fest want to reach out and say Thank You to our frontline workers, who ve been working so hard during the pandemic.
The Barefoot Country Music Festival is happening August 19-22, on the beach in Wildwood. Over 40 different country acts are expected to participate in this four day concert event. Among the already announced acts are Carrie Underwood, Dan + Shay, and the Zac Brown Band.

The hope is that by August the COVID-19 pandemic will be reduced to the point that this event can go on as planned.

With a nod from New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy, the Barefoot Country Music Festival has bobbed and weaved it s way to a 4-day festival now scheduled for the Wildwood Beach in August of 2021.
Organizers say they checked in with the New Jersey Governor and got his blessing to proceed with planning the event that was originally scheduled for the summer of 2020.

Because of the pandemic, the festival was postponed until June 2021. A second postponement,though, only pushes the festival ahead for two months, with the new dates announced as August 19- 22, 2021.

The Barefoot County Music Festival in Wildwood has postponed their June 2021 dates back to August 2021, in the hopes that the COVID-19 pandemic will allow for such an event at that time.
Of course, the inaugural event, which was scheduled for the first time in 2020, was canceled because of the COVID-19.
The festival was initially rescheduled for June 2021, but officials opted to delay the event until August.
“We chose to seek alternate dates which we felt provided sufficient time for the recent vaccine to circulate, as well as additional time for us to ensure a safe and successful festival; the safety and satisfaction of our fans is our #1 priority, said Rob Pedlow of Barefoot Country Music Fest.
