KiwiRail bringing the Rainbow to Wellington Pride

FELIX DESMARAIS/STUFF The 2019 Wellington Pride Festival will bring more people and more events than ever before (video published March 2019). “This is the first time we’ve run a rainbow rail service, and we can’t wait to carry the festive spirit to the capital, as part of Wellington Pride Festival,” said Miller. “We’re excited to announce that Stace, Mike and Anika from The Hits will be joining us and broadcasting their afternoon show live from the Rainbow Explorer.” The Wellington Pride Festival is a celebration of the diverse LGBT+ community in the capital and runs from March 13-27.
