COVID-19 vaccination schedule suspended - Barbados Today

April 11, 2021 All COVID-19 vaccinations have been temporarily suspended until further notice, due to the ash fall from the La Soufriere volcano in St Vincent and the Grenadines, which has been affecting the island. Co-coordinator of the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19, Major David Clarke, said the Ministry of Health and Wellness’ Immunisation Unit would inform persons with appointments as to when the administration of first doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine would resume. The Ministry thanks members of the public for their understanding and co-operation in this matter. ( BGIS) Sign up and stay up to date with Barbados FREE latest news.
