Covid figures There have been 39 new coronavirus cases reported in Hywel Dda health board’s area according to today’s (December 15) figures. Public Health Wales figures show 24 new cases of Covid-19 in Carmarthenshire, six in Ceredigion and nine in Pembrokeshire. No additional deaths have been recorded in Hywel Dda, with the total number of people who have died with coronavirus standing at 147. There has now been a total of 1,375 cases in Pembrokeshire reported throughout the pandemic, 828 in Ceredigion and 4,646 in Carmarthenshire. There were 615 new cases reported across Wales with Public Health Wales recording nine new deaths. Wales now has had a total of 102,568 cases and 2,891 people have died with suspected Covid-19.
