Police are investigating after a body was found at the scene of a house fire.
A MAN was airlifted to hospital following a paragliding accident near Hundred House on Saturday. The casualty was treated on scene by Wales Air Ambulance Charity and Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust with assistance from Brecon Mountain Rescue Team and Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue. Such was the remoteness of the location it was decided that a winch would be the safest way to evacuate so Maritime and Coastguard Agency Rescue 187 extracted the casualty and onwards to hospital. A Brecon Mountain Rescue Team spokesman said: A special thanks to Fforest Fields Caravan and Camping Park for allowing us to park our vehicles and have our control vehicle based at the park. Great multi-agency working. We wish the gentleman a quick recovery.
