New Delhi: The Union Home Ministry on Friday notified that all Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholders will hereon have to take special permission, or ‘Special Permit’, from the central government if they wish to be involved in any missionary or ‘Tabligh’ or even journalistic activities in India.
