BAE Systems, Inc. received the first contract from the Space and Missile Systems Center’s Space Production Corps to deliver M-Code Military GPS User Equipment (MGUE) to Germany.
Under a Foreign Military Sales contract, BAE Systems will deliver advanced M-Code GPS technology to Germany, enabling precise, resilient, and secure geolocation and positioning capabilities that improve the effectiveness of allied operations.
The German FMS order focuses on BAE Systems’ Miniature PLGR Engine – M-Code (MPETM-M), a small, high-performance M-Code GPS receiver for ground applications. MPE-M delivers precise positioning, navigation, and timing capabilities; anti-jamming and anti-spoofing capabilities; a modern security architecture; and a size suitable for space-constrained applications.

San Diego [USA], July 17 (ANI): After a long wait of more than a decade, the Indian Navy has received the first two of its MH-60R Multi Role Helicopters (MRH) from the United States Navy. The ceremony marked the formal transfer of these helicopters from US Navy to Indian Navy, which were accepted by His Excellency Taranjit Singh Sandhu, Indian Ambassador to the USA. The ceremony also witnessed the exchange of helicopter documents between Vice Admiral Kenneth Whitesell, Commander Naval Air Forces, US Navy and Vice Admiral Ravneet Singh, Deputy Chief of Naval Staff (DCNS), Indian Navy, said an Indian Navy spokesperson in a statement.

FORT SMITH A window and door manufacturer has announced a multimillion-dollar expansion in the city.
WeatherBarr Windows & Doors announced Tuesday that the manufacturer plans a three-stage $10 million expansion of its office and manufacturing space at 6500 S. Zero St. in Fort Smith. The expansion is expected to bring with it at least 100 jobs, according to a news release.
The expansion, which is in response to production demand exceeding capacity of its facility, is set to begin later this year, the release states.
