RCMP launches body to tackle misconduct: The RCMP is launching an independent body this month to investigate sexual misconduct and harassment complaints. Commissioner Brenda Lucki said the Independent Centre for Harassment Resolution will use external investigators. It comes after a November 2020 report from the former Supreme Court justice Michel Bastarache called the force’s work culture “toxic” and tolerant of misogyn
