Qatar participates in special session on grave human rights situation in Palestinian territories

The State of Qatar participated in the 30th special session on the grave human rights situation in the occupied Palestinian territories, including East Jerusalem, at the Human Rights Council, in a video conference.
The delegation of the State of Qatar to the meeting was chaired by Minister of State for Foreign Affairs H E Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi. In a videotaped speech during the meeting, Al Muraikhi expressed his thanks and appreciation to the President and members of the Human Rights Council for responding to the holding of this important session on discussing the Israeli attacks in the occupied Palestinian territories during the past days.

In a videotaped speech during the opening session the Preparatory Committee for the 5th United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries (LDC5), Minister of State for Foreign Affairs H E Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi said that the State of Qatar has not wavered in playing its desired role as an active partner in the international community in reducing the burdens and addressing common crises and challenges.
