PASAY CITY, Jan. 28 Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro L. Locsin, Jr. formally received the newly arrived Ambassador-Designate of the Republic of Korea to the Philippines Kim In-chul on the latter’s introductory call on 22 January 2021 at the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
Secretary Locsin extolled the seven decades of close friendship between the Philippines and Korea as “a special bond”, citing the shared sacrifice of Filipino and Korean soldiers during the Korean War.

PARAÑAQUE CITY, Jan. 18 (PIA) Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro L. Locsin, Jr. and visiting Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister (SCFM) Wang Yi met over the weekend as part of the two-day official visit in the country by China s top diplomat.
Taking stock of the 45-year-old bilateral partnership, the ministerial talks covered a full agenda on enhancing the relationship, which had been elevated to the level of Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation during the State visit of President Xi Jinping to the Philippines in November 2018.
