Cuba strongly condemns Israel s attacks against Palestine
Havana, May 11 (Prensa Latina) Cuba s Foreign Ministry on Tuesday strongly condemned Israel s bombings against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
On his Twitter account, Cuba s Minister of Foreign Affairs Bruno Rodriguez described those attacks as indiscriminate and denounced the permanent support of the United States to those crimes.
The Gaza Strip, where almost two million people have been prevented for some 15 years from receiving food, fuel and medical supplies by the Israeli blockade, was the target of a fierce aerial bombardment on Monday evening, which claimed 25 lives, among them nine children.

Havana, Jan 23 (Prensa Latina) Cuban Minister of Foreign Affairs Bruno Rodriguez called today to prioritize more humane policies as opposed to economic profit and political advantages to fight Covid-19 in the world. In a message posted on his Twitter account, Rodriguez condemned global inequalities in the fight against the pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. We cannot tackle Covid-19, famine, unemployment, and economic and social inequality between individuals as independent phenomena, he wrote.
This week, the Cuban Foreign Minister questioned access to available vaccines against the disease that, according to WHO data, benefits the most developed nations.

Cuba endorses commitment with Non-Aligned Movement
Havana, Jan 7 (Prensa Latina) Minister of Foreign Affairs Bruno Rodriguez on Thursday endorsed Cuba s commitment to multilateralism within the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).
In a message posted on his Twitter account, Rodriguez acknowledged the organization s condemnation of the coercive measures that hamper the effective fight against Covid-19 in Cuba.
He also highlighted the NAM s promotion of international cooperation and solidarity. In 2020, #Cuba supported the Movement and endorsed its commitment to non-alingment and multilateralism, the minister tweeted.
In October, the Cuban foreign minister championed, at the heart of this group, the legitimate right of its member countries to development, limited by the imposition of unilateral coercive measures.
