His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani has received a written message from President of the Republic of Ghana Nana Akufo-Addo, pertaining to bilateral relations and ways of enhancing and developing them.

As the Gulf States work toward strengthening ties, borders between Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt and Bahrain were opened after nearly three and a half years with talks ongoing to resolve other issues.
In a recent interview with Bloomberg TV, Qatar’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani confirmed that there had been progress in communication with the UAE.
“There is some communication, and we look forward to continue the discussion and we are ready to address any issues that they have with Qatar or Qatar have with UAE,” the Minister had said.

During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations and issues of common concern. HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs congratulated the member of the Chinese Political Bureau on the 32nd anniversary of the relations between Qatar and China.
He also noted the distinguished and advanced relations between the two friendly countries, especially in economic affairs and energy, which contributes to increasing trade exchange between the two countries.

Qatar and Spain have enjoyed strong bilateral relations for decades.
The two nations have worked closely to enhance ties in the domains of energy, economy, trade, education and culture, among others.
As Qatar and Spain continue to consolidate their longstanding relations, ministers from the two countries held a joint press conference yesterday.
The press conference was led by His Excellency Qatar’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani and Spain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Co-operation Arancha Gonzalez Laya.
During the session, HE Sheikh Mohamed underlined that the Qatari-Spainsh ties are distinguished and the two countries look forward to further boost relations across various fields.
