Amber Alert canceled after baby, father found Westminster Police Department and last updated 2021-07-15 07:20:19-04 WESTMINSTER, Colo. — An Amber Alert, which has since been canceled, was issued Wednesday evening after the Westminster Police Department reported a man had taken his daughter and allegedly threatened to kill her and himself in a car crash. The alert was canceled shortly after midnight, when both the father and baby were found by Wyoming Highway Patrol. They are both safe, according to police. Westminster police say they’re looking for Alexander Damian Martinez, 28, and his 1-year-old daughter. Alexander Martinez is described as a 5-foot-11-inch, 200 pound, Hispanic man who is bald with a goatee and brown eyes. He has the initials “LS” tattooed on the top of his head and another tattoo that says BROWN PRIDE on his upper chest. He was last seen wearing black shorts and no shirt.

(KRDO) An Amber Alert has been deactivated for a 1-year-old girl who was reported missing Wednesday night. According to CBI, Gabrielle Martinez was last seen near the intersection of 92nd Ave. and Federal Blvd. in Westminster. Authorities said she was with her father, Alexander Martinez. The Westminster Police Department said they were called to the Park Place apartments off Federal Boulevard on reports of a domestic violence disturbance. At the scene, a woman said her husband, Martinez, had assaulted her and taken their one-year-old daughter, Gabrielle.
