The SC20 is a combination of sophisticated engineering, Italian craftsmanship, sportiness and advanced design. It is also an example of applying our V12 engine and carbon fiber to a radical open-top vehicle that unmistakably carries the Lamborghini DNA, said Maurizio Reggiani, Chief Technical Officer of Lamborghini.
Powering the SC20 is the same 6.5-liter V12 found in the Aventador SVJ Roadster generating 759 hp at 8,500 rpm and 530 lb-ft of torque at 6,750 rpm, which is sent to a four-wheel-drive system through a seven-speed automatic transmission and electronic differential. Transferring all that power to the tarmac are Pirelli PZero Corsa tires wrapped around aluminum rims measuring 20 inches at the front and 21 inches at the rear.

The 2021 Lamborghini SC20 has been officially unveiled.
The second one-off model developed by Lamborghini s Squadra Corse racing division – following the SC18 Alston of 2018 – the road-legal SC20 combines the on-track performance of the raging bull brand s race cars with an open-top, speedster-like driving experience.
Penned by Lamborghini s Centro Stile design centre, the SC20 s styling draws inspiration from open-top models of the brand s past, including the Diablo VT Roadster, Aventador J, Veneno Roadster and Concept S.
Up front, a deep lower splitter flanked by large fins sits below aggressive vertical headlights and Huracan GT3 Evo-inspired bonnet air intakes, while the rear is home to Sian-like tail-lights and a large, adjustable carbon-fibre rear wing with Low, Medium and High Load positions.

Remember the outrageous Lamborghini Veneno that made even the wildest, most futuristic concept vehicles appear tame and conventional? Here’s the topless version of the mad road-legal racecar, named the Lamborghini Veneno Roadster. If you’re not one of the three who ordered the coupe, perhaps you can be one of just nine to own this open-top version.
The topless term is taken rather too literally here, as there is no roof. No, not even a makeshift one you can store in the boot, because space for luggage is a luxury this 3.3 million euro (excluding local taxes) hypercar doesn’t have. What you do get is a strong rollover bar in case things go awry, though you’d think that protection from rain is a more pressing issue. Maybe a Lamborghini-branded raincoat is in order.
