ANOTHER sheep attack has taken place in Denbighshire, resulting in one of the sheep dying. Despite North Wales Police s Rural Crime Team reporting a drop in cases of sheep attacks recently, incidents continue to be reported in the county. The latest incident in Llanfwrog near Ruthin, involved five sheep, one of which suffered severe injuries and had to be put down. A statement released by North Wales Police s Rural Crime Team: Another livestock, this time Llanfwrog, near Ruthin on Saturday. Five sheep attacked and this poor sheep received severe mouth injuries causing her to be sadly put to sleep. We reported earlier a drop in attacks but more than zero attacks is still too many in our opinion.
