Mentor and manage a team of auditors ranging in experience and at different stages of their qualifications
Ensure that work is delegated as necessary to ensure deadlines are met, keeping an eye on time spent on each job in relation to budget.

Preparation of the Monthly Management accounts for all group companies - reporting deadlines 10 days after month end.
Preparation and posting of month end journals, accruals, stock adjustments, HP reconciliations, Fixed Assets additions and disposals and depreciation calculations, accrued income and deferred income calculations and other journals necessary for the production of accurate management accounts
