CNY school district goes all-remote after ‘extensive community exposures’ to Covid-19 Updated 8:23 AM; A Central New York school district is going fully remote after “extensive community exposures” to Covid-19 over the weekend. School officials said all Whitesboro Central School District students will have at-home learning Tuesday to allow the Oneida County Health Department time to investigate and conduct contact tracing. BOCES students in half-day programs also won’t have in-person learning, but students who are enrolled in out-of-district programs can still attend as scheduled. New York State testing for grades 3-8 originally scheduled for Tuesday will begin on Wednesday. Students involved in sports or extracurricular activities will be contacted separately regarding any changes in scheduling.
