Twenty-nine more virus-related deaths and 873 new coronavirus cases were reported in the state since Friday, according to daily numbers released by the Oklahoma State Department of Health.
A total of 440,022 Oklahomans have tested positive for COVID-19 and the provisional death count of virus-related deaths is at 7,961, the state health department said on Monday.
The seven-day rolling average for new cases reported was 310
, the state health department said.
As of Wednesday, 1,895,546 total vaccine doses have been administered and 1,004,983 prime doses have been given by the state. More than 595,000 Oklahomans have completed both inoculations.
About 198 Oklahomans are currently in acute care OSDH licensed facilities and five are currently in other types of facilities due COVID-19.
