A total of 279,139 Oklahomans have tested positive for COVID-19 and the total number of virus-related deaths increased to 2,370 the state health department said on Sunday. So far, 243,018 Oklahomans have recovered from the virus with 1,937 more cases considered recovered since Saturday. Health officials said recovered means the patient is not hospitalized or deceased and it has been 14 days since the onset of symptoms or report.
OSDH says there are 33,751 active cases in the state a decrease of 1,777 cases since Saturday.
There are 13 additional deaths identified to report.
One in Ellis County, one male in the 65 or older age group.
