[Photo provided to chinadaily.com.cn] Registration for the 25th FHC Shanghai Global Trade Show and the 23rd FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition has commenced, organizers announced at a news conference at Shanghai Disneyland on May 17. The trade show will be held at Shanghai New International Expo Center in November this year. The FHC - Shanghai Global Food Trade Show is one of the industry s leading trade shows. Last year, the show welcomed a record 127,454 visitors and some 2,500 exhibitors. This year, the event will be further expanded to cover the food, catering, and local culinary culture.
