Deputy charged for slapping handcuffed woman after kick to groin, sheriff says

The deputy, Kevin McNally, a 27-year veteran, is being terminated, the sheriff said in a statement.
The incident happened Nov. 24.
Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle at WoodSpring Suites in Rochester Hills.
The victim told police that she was in her vehicle when a woman attacked her. The attacker managed to get into the driver’s seat and then did “burn outs” in the parking lot of the nearby Meijer store, police said.
