Members of the OPP’s Nipissing West detachment and the Sudbury Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement team are to participate in a Canada Day traffic initiative from Saturday until next Sunday, July 4.
“Officers will be busy keeping our communities, highways, waterways and trails safe while focusing on the Big Four offences which include alcohol/drug impaired driving, speeding, distracted driving and lack of occupant restraint,” the police service said in a release.
