Cintas: Fiscal Q3 Earnings Snapshot

The Cincinnati-based company said it had net income of $2.37 per share.
The results surpassed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $2.21 per share.
The uniform rental company posted revenue of $1.78 billion in the period, also surpassing Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $1.76 billion.
For the current quarter ending in May, Cintas said it expects revenue in the range of $1.8 billion to $1.83 billion.
Cintas shares have fallen almost 2% since the beginning of the year, while the S&P s 500 index has climbed 5.5%. The stock has climbed 72% in the last 12 months.
