How does it work?
Weekly finalists are released on MaxPreps every Tuesday and
voting is conducted in a special poll. Voting ceases at noon on Mondays. The winners (2-3 per week) are announced the next day along with the next week s nominees.

Meredith Stutz is a Reporter for WLWT. She is grateful and thrilled to be back in Cincinnati reporting in her hometown. She is passionate about advocating for and serving her community through storytelling. She believes journalism can build bridges and turn strangers into neighbors.
Meredith is a proud graduate of Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy (Go Eagles!). She interned with Channel 5 while studying at Elon University. Meredith is a member of the Hearst family and joins the WLWT team after serving as the Weekend Morning Anchor and Morning Reporter at WXII in North Carolina. Previously, she reported and anchored in Savannah at WSAV. She received a regional Murrow award for her work with Hurricane Matthew and an AP award for telling the story of a paraplegic Olympian turn prosthetist who started a charity to gift running prosthetics to people around the country.
