Leading investor services group IQ-EQ is pleased to announce the creation of a dedicated Real Estate team in Asia, which builds upon the group’s extensive global real estate expertise and growing Asian real estate portfolio.
This development follows the recent relocation of real estate-focused client director Neil Synnott to Singapore and the appointment of team manager Denish Leang, IQ-EQ said in a press release.

NEC finalises contract for Palau Cable 2 subsea cable Sign in with LinkedIn
18 January 2021 | Natalie Bannerman NEC Corporation has signed a contract with the National Submarine Cable Utility Belau Submarine Cable Corporation (BSCC) of the Palau Republic (Palau) for the Palau Cable 2 (PC2) subsea cable project.
Spanning 110km in length and due for completion by the end of 2022, PC2 will connect the island of Palau with a high capacity subsea cable that connects Southeast Asia and the US mainland.
PC2 with deploy a optical wavelength multiplexing transmission system of 100Gbps, and bring much-needed redundancy to Palau s existing subsea network. In addition, it will deliver highly reliable communications and responds meet the increasing need for communications infrastructure in Palau.
