Isolation at DLSCSB facility for NCR+ court employees with COVID — SC – Manila Bulletin

Published May 9, 2021, 8:59 AM Supreme Court Court employees infected with the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the National Capital Region (NCR) and its four adjacent provinces will now be isolated and quarantined at the De La Salle College of Saint Benilde (DLSCSB) facility on Taft Avenue in Malate, Manila. In a statement issued on Sunday, May 9, the Supreme Court (SC) said it has partnered with the Philippine National Red Cross (PRC) and the DLSCSB on the use and availment of the latter’s temporary isolation and quarantine facility. The PRC will manage the facility allotted to court employees with a capacity of 50 persons.

Meanwhile, the country’s positivity rate also declined, from 25.22 percent last April 2, it is now at 16.74 percent. “Dahil po sa ginawa ng ating pamahalaan sa tulong ng ating LGUs [local government units], ng ating mga kababayan, napababa na po natin nang malaki, almost 10 percent ang positivity rate (Because of the government’s effort, with the help of our LGUs, our countrymen, we have reduced the positivity rate significantly, almost 10 percent),” Dizon said Thursday, April 29.
