Charlie Mulgrew says one ‘top player’ at Celtic has ‘surprised everybody’

Speaking on Open Goal, Charlie Mulgrew has shared his view on Scott Brown’s decision to leave Celtic at the end of the season.
The midfielder has spent over a decade at Celtic Park, and he will undoubtedly go down as a legend with the Hoops, but he’s now going to go and join Aberdeen in a player/coach role.
Mulgrew, who played with Brown at Celtic, says he was shocked by his decision to leave Glasgow, claiming that he half understands the decision.

Rangers continued their march towards the Scottish Premiership title on Saturday with a 5-0 win over Ross County, and that result has ensured their high position in another table.

The 1-1 draw against Motherwell earlier month saw points dropped by the leaders for the first time since September, and that superb form has seen them accumulate a 23-point lead.
