“We are really not in a good place here and things could go very, very badly here in Ottawa in the next few weeks,” Dr. Brent Moloughney stressed.
For example, 846,000 doses that were due to arrive in Canada between March 22 and 28 were fully delivered only on April 2. And the shipment that was supposed to arrive last week got here on Tuesday.
