A new concert has been added to the 2021 lineup at Central New York’s Beak & Skiff, while another has been canceled.
10,000 Maniacs featuring Mary Ramsey will perform at Beak & Skiff Apple Orchards in Lafayette, N.Y., on June 11. The all-ages, outdoor show will begin at 7 p.m.
Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through dspshows.com and Event Brite; presale tickets will be available Thursday at 10 a.m. with code THEWEATHER. Tickets are sold in two- and four-person PODS (Personal Outdoor Dance Space) starting at $110.

Grammy-winning musician Bruce Hornsby is coming to Central New York for a socially-distanced concert.
Bruce Hornsby & The Noisemakers will perform at Beak & Skiff Apple Orchards in Lafayette on June 16. The all-ages, outdoor show will begin at 7 p.m.
Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through dspshows.com; presale tickets will be available Thursday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. with code THEWAYITIS. Tickets are sold in two- and four-person PODS (Personal Outdoor Dance Space) starting at $130.

It’s almost planting season in Upstate New York, and farmers are ready to spring into action.
But for the farmers hoping to jump into the recently legalized business of growing marijuana for recreational use, there’s a problem. The state may not authorize the planting of that marijuana for a year or two.

The 2021 Summer Concert Series is heating up in Central New York.
The Indigo Girls have added a second show to Beak & Skiff Apple Orchards in Lafayette, N.Y. The “Closer to Fine” duo will perform socially distanced shows on Friday, June 25, and Saturday, June, 26, at 7 p.m.
Because of capacity restrictions and a change in ticket prices, all tickets bought for the original, full capacity show on June 26 (originally rescheduled from 2020) are being refunded. Refunds will appear within 7-10 days, and ticketholders for the original show will be emailed a password which enables them to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the public. Additional questions can be sent to info@dspshows.com.
