In one study, at a hospital in Tel Aviv, Israel, 5,517 healthcare workers, or 82.2%, received two doses and 757, 11.3%, were not vaccinated
Just 0.4% of workers who received both shots later tested positive compared to 7.2 % of unvaccinated employees
In a second study, at a hospital in Tennessee, 2,776 employees, 53.2%, were fully vaccinated 2,165 staff members, 41.5%, were unvaccinated
About 1.8% of those given two doses contracted COVID-19 in comparison with 8.5% of unvaccinated people
Both studies found that fully immunized healthcare workers were much less likely have symptoms than those not given the shots

SpaceX has returned four astronauts from the International Space Station, marking the first US crew splashdown in darkness since the Apollo 8 Moon mission.
The Dragon capsule parachuted into the Gulf of Mexico off the coast of Panama City, Florida, ending the second astronaut flight for Elon Musk’s company.
It was an express trip home, lasting just six-and-a-half hours.
The astronauts, three American and one Japanese, flew back in the same capsule named Resilience in which they launched from Nasa’s Kennedy Space Centre in November.
