Trust expected to generate liquidity for INET IPO scheduled to be launched on Friday published : 13 Jul 2021 at 04:00 SET-listed Internet Thailand (INET), an ICT infrastructure service provider, has launched the INET Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (INETREIT) worth 4.3 billion baht to invest in the company s data centre in Saraburi and make it the country s first trust to invest in a digital infrastructure asset. The move is aimed at creating liquidity for INET and make it ready to compete with global cloud service providers in Thailand. INETREIT s investment involves the INET-IDC3 Phase 1 project at the firm s data centre located in Kaeng Khoi district. The lease term is 24 years and five months.
