Five people arrested by police on Tuesday ANGOLA — The following people were booked into the Steuben County Jail on these initial charges following arrests made by law enforcement officers on Tuesday. Barnes, 26, of the 200 block of East Highland Street, Albion, arrested at the jail on a warrant alleging felony and misdemeanor failure to appear in court. • Cheri R. King, 57, of Lane 587 Lake James, Fremont, arrested at home on a charge of misdemeanor domestic battery.
