One of the most expensive estates up for grabs in University Park has changed hands.
The 12,957-square-foot mansion built in 1927 on Hunters Glen Drive hit the market last fall with a price tag of $22.5 million.
The almost two-acre spread in the Volk Estates neighborhood has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and three and a half-bathrooms. The plush property came with private gardens, a tennis court, putting green, swimming pool and cabana and guest quarters.

That’s what Mark Bunting and his wife Kelly took on in 2005 when they installed an underground level below the nearly century-old home they own in Highland Park. They’re now interested in selling the Beverly Drive mansion designed by architect Hal Thomson, listing it for nearly $10 million.
