Washington [US], May 7 (ANI): TV Network Channel 4 s reality hit show The Circle will come to an end after three seasons.
According to Variety, a spokesperson for the U.K. broadcaster told, The Circle has been a huge hit for young audiences and has grown successively over three seasons on Channel 4, consistently outperforming slot averages. We re incredibly proud to have worked with Studio Lambert North and Motion Content Group to invest in such an innovative show and to have given it a springboard for its international format success.

When I heard that Channel 4 had decided not to renew the UK version of The Circle, my initial reaction was: âWhat?!â

Following the popularity of the recent series three which ended on April 9th, and saw Felix aka Natalya Platonova take home the £100K cash prize after catfishing everyone (especially Manrika), it felt like a no-brainer to commission more.
Hosted by Emma Willis, the third series was absolutely brilliant, with new twists such as cloning thrown into the mix and shaking things up even further as Orange Tally and Blue Tally battled it out to prove they were the âOG Tallyâ.

Time to say goodbye to The Circle.
The Circle will not return for a fourth season, with news of its cancellation coming as its most recent season has drawn to a close.
Confirming the news in a statement, the broadcaster said: “The Circle has been a huge hit for young audiences and has grown successively over three seasons on Channel 4, consistently outperforming slot averages.
“We’re incredibly proud to have worked with Studio Lambert North and Motion Content Group to invest in such an innovative show and to have given it a springboard for its international format success.”

Channel 4 has axed The Circle after just four series - three regular and one using celebrities. According to Broadcast, Netflix has begun talks with the makers of the show about the UK version.
But the Studio Lambert production will definitely no longer air on Channel 4. C4 considers the youth-skewing, 10pm format to have been a success, but says it s keen to make room for new ideas, the publication said in a tweet.

Channel 4 have announced their decision not to commission another series of the popular social media based show The Circle, after the third series of the show came to an end earlier this year. Not to worry though, as our knight in shining armour, Netflix, is reportedly in talks to pick up the UK edition of the show.
According to Metro, Channel 4 will be dropping the popular show, that comfortably sat in their 10pm slot, in order to explore new ideas. Studio Lambert chief executive Stephen Lambert said: We are grateful to Channel 4 for all they did to help launch this innovative and entertaining format.
