STATESVILLE, N.C. A man was shot and killed Saturday night in Statesville. Police are investigating it as a homicide.
Statesville Police Department responded to a call of a deceased male at a home in the 1400 block of Rolling Hills Lane Saturday night. Police said a man who appears to be in his 30s was fatally shot at a residence.

STATESVILLE, N.C. (WBTV) - A Silver Alert has been canceled for a missing 76-year-old man in Statesville.
The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man, James Andrew Bryant. Citizens were asked to be on the lookout for Bryant, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
