CONCORD, NH A New Hampshire fugitive was arrested in a hotel in Maine on Monday after being accused of using an alias to evade investigators, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. Jesse Daniel Davis, 38, was arrested after the fugitive task force in New Hampshire received multiple tips during the weekend pointing investigators to hotels on Lisbon Street in Lewiston, Maine, Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal said. Investigators from the U.S. Marshals-Maine Violent Offenders Task Force, White said, checked these hotels this morning and were able to locate Mr. Davis using the name Jesse Kimball. Davis was arrested inside his hotel room without further incident. Mr. Davis was also found to have a bail violation warrant issued out of Oxford County, Maine.

Jesse Daniel Davis, 38, is 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighs around 210 lbs., and has hazel eyes and brown hair. He was born in Maine and has a tattoo on his right front arm. A warrant was issued for Davis arrest on Dec. 30, 2020, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal.

N H security officer dies after alleged assault in hospital parking lot

December 20, 2020 A hospital security officer who was assaulted last week in the parking lot of Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New Hampshire, has died from his injuries, authorities said.  Richard Semo, a 64-year-old Farmington man, was pronounced dead on Friday due to serious injuries from the Dec. 13 assault, Rochester police announced in a Facebook statement Sunday.  On the early morning of Sunday December 13, 2020, around 3:20 am, Rochester Police responded to Frisbie Memorial… Officers said they responded to the scene at the hospital around 3:20 a.m., where they found Semo unresponsive and arrested 29-year-old Tyler Thurston, of New Durham, for allegedly punching him in the face, causing him to fall to the pavement and hit his head.
