Stratford Perth Community Foundation distributes $290,000 in community grants to local organizations

Article content Nearly 40 charities, community organizations and municipalities across Perth County are benefiting from a total of $290,000 in community grants distributed by the Stratford Perth Community Foundation. Ranging anywhere from $1,000 to $15,000, the grants were made on behalf of the community foundation’s family of named funds – money given by individuals, families and businesses through donations and bequeathals that is grown over time through investments to provide ongoing support to community organizations, charities and specific community initiatives.
