The Galatyn Commons office project in Richardson, which recently underwent a $40 million renovation, has four buildings with almost 800,000 square feet of space. Office lease makes way for construction of new Class A development in Fort Worth May 5, 2021
Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a national real estate services, development, and investment company, is pleased to announce that Vantage Bank Texas has signed a 15,000- square-foot lease at Triune Centre, a six-floor, 30,000-square-foot Class-A office development in Fort Worth.
Triune Centre, located at 3400 West Freeway, is the first office development of its kind in the United States to feature a fully automated valet parking tower system. Cornerstone Projects Group, a development, architecture and construction company, and Trident Structures, a total-solutions engineering, procurement and construction company, are partners in the office development. 50 percent pre-leased, construction will begin second quarter 2021 and the building is set to deliver in summer 2022.
Mesquite business park goes to New York investor
Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Co. recently made another industrial buy in southern Dallas County.

A New York-based investor has snapped up a new Mesquite business park.
A unit of global investment firm Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Co. acquired ownership of the first phase of the Urban District 30 industrial park.
Ground was broken in January 2020 for the five-building, 980,000-square-foot industrial project near Interstate 30.
Urban District 30 is a project of Urban Logistics Realty and a private real estate equity fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital. The development was projected to create almost 500 jobs.
Urban Logistics Realty plans second major industrial development for Dallas-Fort Worth metro April 30, 2021
Urban Logistics Realty (ULR), a Dallas-based investment firm focused on acquisitions and developments, announced the acquisition of 22 acres of land in the city of Euless, Texas to build its second industrial development in Dallas/Fort Worth called Urban District 183 (UD183). The development is an infill, 367,000-square-foot, three-building project located at the northwest corner of Pipeline Road and Industrial Boulevard. The project is slated to break ground in May 2021. Located on the site of the former Cooper’s Driving Range, UD183 will include a 100,000-square-foot rear-load building, a 191,000-square-foot front-load building and a 75,000-square-foot side-load building.
