The person who died is reported to be a 43-year-old teacher from the town of Marbella in southern Spain. The three cases were registered by the Spanish system of Pharmacovigilance, which noted that the cases have to be looked at in the context that 975,661 people have been vaccinated in Spain using the AstraZeneca vaccine.
